After all my rough in passes inspection I’m all set to have the insulation installed and get ready for drywall. As the trim work is being done the subcontractors will finish up their work to have a final inspection of it. On the outside the finish cement work will be completed like the sidewalks and the driveway. And then the excavator will put the finish grade on the top soil. After the final inspection and you receive an occupancy permit you will be able to move in.
